Bill Jolt is a free service offered to the public.  Any resale or redistribution of this service is prohibited by Bill Jolt, Inc.  

Bill Jolt reserves the right to change the Terms of Service at any time.

Please be aware that confidentiality of passwords is the user's responsibility.  You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the registration process.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.  You agree to (a) immediately notify Bill Jolt of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

 Bill Jolt reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.  You agree that Bill Jolt shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

Bill Jolt is not responsible for damages or losses incurred by users of the system in the event of failure, malfunction, or discontinuation of the service.
